CHESCOBUS, to Eliminate Bus Service on Saturdays
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
JUNE 26, 2015
Chester County, PA – The Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC) announced today the elimination of daytime Saturday bus service on their two CHESCOBUS lines, Coatesville LINK and SCCOOT, effective Saturday, July 11, 2015.
Due to the reduction of local match funding, Saturday daytime service needed to be eliminated in order to balance the service operation budget. With strong ridership Saturday evenings, TMACC will continue Evening LINK service to compliment the Krapf’s “A” Bus schedule to Exton Mall.
