Malvern, PA-Last Wednesday, Governor Tom Wolf appointed six new members to the Delaware River Port Authority. Included in the six appointees is Tredyffrin Township resident Marian Moskowitz, owner of Franklin Commons in Phoenixville and member to TMACC.
The DRPA is a regional transportation agency that serves as steward of the Ben Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross Bridges, PATCO and the RiverLink Ferry on behalf of the community.
In addition to her success at Franklin Commons, Marian Moskowitz has operated several long-haul trucking and trucking service and repair companies. More recently, Moskowitz serves on the board of directors for the Chester County Economic Development Council for the last nine years and is currently Secretary. She is also on the Board of Trustees for both, West Chester University and Neumann University, and the board of directors of the Colonial Theatre.
As a member to TMACC, and long-time colleague to the organization, we congratulate Moskowitz on her new role with the Authority and look forward to seeing the work she accomplishes.
Wolf also appointed Ryan Boyer, Elinor Haider, Antonio Fiol-Silva, Rohan K. Hepkins, and Whitney R. White.
