Paoli to Chester Valley Trail Connector Study
About the Study
The Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC) received a planning grant from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) Regional Trails Program, funded by the William Penn Foundation in 2013. TMACC retained the consulting services of Simone Collins Landscape Architecture with Hunt Engineering as its sub consultant to examine the feasibility of creating a trail connector between the Chester Valley Trail and the Paoli Train Station along Cedar Hollow Rd, West Central Ave., and North Valley Rd. The proposed study was approved by TMACC's Board of Directors in August 2014.
Currently, TMACC is working on establishing a Paoli-CVT Connector Committee to plan and engineer the proposed path to the Paoli Train Station from the Chester Valley Trail. If you are interested in joining this committee please contact John Meisel, our Manager of Transportation Operations and Planning.
